A Prayer for Serenity, Peace and Strength

As Prestton lays in his hospital bed tonight I can not help but to ask over and over

for him to be well. I found this endearing prayer that sums up all that I am feeling.

Hear my prayer, O God, source of all life. My child is ill and I am afraid. He is so fragile and young, so small and vulnerable. Deliver him from sickness. Make him strong, full of life and laughter once more. Bless him with your love that he may not be afraid and restore him to health.
