Five Question Friday

Wow what a week! We have been full throttle with no signs of stopping soon.

I am having computer/ blog withdraws!!!

So for an idea of where to begin, I decided to play along with Mama M at My Little Life. Seriously this lady makes me laugh! She is so down to Earth and one of the many reasons I enjoy being part of the blog world.

So here we go, another first for me. (The whole next section was just copied and paste... easy so far)

1. What are you most afraid of?

There are silly things; the dark, heights, someone breaking into my house etc.

The winner though is death.

I have to agree with Mama M. I am terrified of death. For myself, for my loved ones. Shortly after I had Prestton I had a mild case of postpartum, consisting of an overwhelming fear of something happening or someone dying. It almost made me seek professional help.

I have overcome most of my anxiety and don't melt down when my husband leaves for work or when my kids ride in a car with someone other than me. But the fear of death (combined with getting old= getting closer to death) is deeply rooted.

2. Do you use a flat iron or curling iron?

Duh! Flat.

3. Hands-free or phone to the ear?

Phone to the ear. I have been talking like that since I was able to use a phone!

Besides, I always get freaked out when someone appears to be "talking" to themselves and then you see it is just their hands free set. And there are some guys that just look super dorky with those things on.

I confess, I don't want to be the weird dork. (of course SAFETY is always first!!!!!!)

4. Do you have a matching bedroom set?

YES!!!

Literally my classroom and kids have seen most of my income over the years.

It is the only matching furniture in our house. It is also the only "big" furniture purchase we ever made together at an actual furniture store. We can not agree on anything. so I just bring home bits and pieces of what I like. Any where from flea markets to Target. And if anyone must know, my coffee table was dug out of a dumpster and refinished.

5. Do you believe in the paranormal?

At times. I have had some very strange things happen in my life.

I like to think that there are Angels among us just like in City of Angels. Some good, some lost...

All the other weird and scary stuff I try NOT to think about. There is a reason why I do not watch horror movies. (this should be on the list of things I am scared of...)
