Life with a Baby Boy + 3

Hmmm. Blogging. I am going to blame Ami on this one. Her blog was so darn cute with all those lil ones to keep up with! We will see how long I can keep this one up. It seems like a good way to keep all my family and friends up to date on the Fisher happenings. Espcially since leaving the house is now a lot like traveling!
First and foremost we must have the diaper bag packed with plenty of diapers in 2 sizes. Plus LOTS of wipes, change of clothes, binkies, blankets, kleenex and all the bottom remedies you can think of. Not to mention the need for snacks- mommy too! (Target has nothing on us) It is exhausting. And if we manage to make it to the store after dropping the big girls off at school, we are in there for almost an hour. But the babies are not always the challenge. Baylee approached "tweenhood" at lightning speed this year. She spends a great deal of time in front of the mirror in the mornings (not to worry, Devynn spends her fair time there too- but we knew this at the age of 2 with her). So getting the Queen Bee and Princess Devy out of the house in the morning can be a chore. Than after school we have to have a calendar for all the activities and times. My license plate will need to be changed from "Shopping is Cheaper than Therapy" to "Approach with caution, Mom needs therapy!" How in the world did I do this when I was working????
Seriously though I would not change a thing. I love being a mom and feel so blessed to have my four beautiful babies. Prestton has made our family feel complete. The girls adore him and want to hold him every chance they can get. Life is not so different (yet) with a boy. He just has stuff you have to move around a little bit when you change him. (I know all my mommy friends of boys are laughing right now and if you are not a mommy to a girl I will tell you they are WAY easier to change: swipe down and go!) I must admit though, I pray everytime I take his diaper off and to date have not been wet on...that will happen the next time I change him since I made that announcement.
Speaking of, my lil man just awoke. So we are off to a clean bum and a good top off before we get to bed. Goodnight!

Such a sweet girl...your mom just loves what you've done with your site...all the colors you grew up with that I have now outgrown! I love how witty you make the whole thing sound, especially after I have seen you at 4 pm with that wild look in your eye and the drive home to face yet. Keep us all posted. We love you my own sweet girl!
